Missing Contact

A user created a contact but when her Delegate tries to
access them (using Open/Other User's Folder), the contact
is not there. The contact was previously accessible via
this method. We have checked the Delegate permissions on
the Contacts and the user has Editor rights. Thanks,

Sounds like the contact was marked Private.
