Missing Contacts from Outlook 2007 To;CC;BCC

I have the contacts in the contacts folder but they do not show up or resolve
in the To;cc;bcc lines. I followed all of the help files. The check box is
greyed out on properties. I cannot add anothe address book with an error msg
of it would be a dublicate (there is none). When I try to remove Outlook
Address Book the remove is greyed out.

There are many posts that address your question. Outlook 2007 retains a
permanent bug that will not allow you to repair the Outlook Address Book
Service by removing it and re-adding it. You must create a new Outlook
profile and migrate your data to it to correct your problem. Those
instructions have also been posted here countless times.
