Moved to a new computer. Copied pst files from old computer to network
share. Copied to default outlook location on new machine. All mail,
calanders etc appear fine. Can send and recive email fine.
But contact folder is empty. It is enabled to be used as an address
book in outlook. Where are my contacts at? How can I get them back and
view them? Outlook 2003 basic edition with pop3 email. Please help me!

If you simply copied the PST file over then they should be in you Contacts
folder.
If you open the PST file directly from the network share can you see them?

By copying the PST into the "default location", you probably overwrote an
identically named PST, which has corrupted the Outlook Address Book service
in your mail profile. Remove that service and readd it using the Mail
applet in Control Panel.
