missing content in outlook email

Using outlook 2003 some messages come in empty. I use Norton antivirus, so
unchecked the field for checking incoming mail. No change as yet. Any ideas?

change as yet. Any ideas?

You may have to uninstall Norton and reinstall without the email integration
in order to truly disable it.
