Missing DAO.msi file

My system can't the DAO.msi file on startup. Per Microsoft's recommendation I
tried doing a detect and repair procedure using my Office XP Professional
2002 Upgrade disk. That didn't solve the problem. What do I do next to get a
copy of the DAO.msi file?
