Missing Data in AssignmentTimeActualWorkProtected DB field

Hello,

Attempting to run timesheet queries on work submited via PWA in the
"MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY" table. We have one project that does not show
data here even though time has been logged in PWA by resources and appears in
the Actual work protected field in Project Pro. All data up to a certain
date appears correctly in my query and in the DB. No time appears in
November in this DB table even though it appears in PWA and as approved in
Project Pro.

Should this be pulled from another table/field in the DB? I'm wondering if
the project file is corrupt since the DB reflected the correct data up
through October.
