Missing Data in Public Folders

I use Outlook 2003, connected to a network that allows Public Folders so
multiple users can drop their e-mails into the folder. Running a search in
one of the folders today dumbfounded me. I view my messages in table/memo
style with fields of author, recipient, date sent, att, etc. My results came
back with with the memo type style but several of the records were
blank/greyed out with a strikethrough line. What concerns me is that the
search results do not display this everytime. There is limited access to the
deletion from this folder and only 2 people can change the contents (me and
someone else).I can e-mail off post with a screen shot, but here is a short
example:
from subject received to
joe1 test 09/12/07 moe1
joe1 re: test 09/12/07 joe2
(blank) (blank) none (strikethru) (blank)
joe2 fw: test 09/14/07 moe4

Any help?

Thanks and have a wonderful MONDAY!
