Missing data1.msi file , no CD

I am tring to downlaod some updates but it won't let me without the data1.msi
file which seems to be missing from my microsoft office program and my
computer. When I got the computer microsoft Office 2000 primum was all ready
installed and I do not have the instillation CD to get or find the data1.msi
file.

Is there any other possable way to get this file?

I was going to try the windows clean up suggestion someone posted to another
question, but if I uninstall the Microsoft office program how do I install it
again without the CD?

You need a CD for Office 2000. You could try to get one here:

But I doubt you'll find one any longer because it's very old software now.
An auction site might be an option for you.

Do not use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility if you don't have a CD to
re-install with. You will lose the ability to run Office.
