missing default folders

T

Tom

I am trying to install outlook 2002 onto the O/S windows
XP. When I try to open up outlook it tells me that the it
can not open up the default email folder. It then asks me
to open up the default file system folders.

Has anybody run into this problem before?

In Control Panel | Mail, check your profile to make sure you have either a
valid Exchange mailbox set up or a Personal Folders .pst file as the default
data store.
