Missing disks?

I have a pc with all software preinstalled, and cannot provide the disk as
asked when trying to load Office 2000 Service Release 1a. I have chosen from
the options menu to: Use larger update files that should not require access
to my product CD or network installation location, but even then, it still
doesn't work. Any tips anyone?

With Office 2000, you are going to need the disks.
