Missing DLL in Outlook

Hi Everyone,

Whenever I start Outlook I get the following warning:

"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located
in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."

I have unistalled and re-installed and nothing works. How
can I get rid of it?
