missing dll start

[Penny]

After removing the beta version, I tried to open works, and it states the
following:
msworks.exe: Entry Point not found. The procedure entry point?
CwchWzToInt@MWblStings@@SAHPBGPAH@Z count not be located in the dynamic link
library WkWbl.dll.

I have tried to install and reinstall many times without any luck. Please
help.
