Missing DLL

Hi

I just developed a small app for a guy using VB / VBA, but when i sent the
app to the person it gave a error message about missing DLL's

This app reads a text file and inserts the data in a Access Database / table

He claims that i should have done the job in VBA, not VB, i developed it
the Access's Form etc. using MX Office 2003

he gets the following error message

"The database contains a missing or broken reference to the file
MSDATGRD.OCX version 1.0" and then still "MSADODC.OCX 6.0".

He say he does not want to have any extra DLL's

Is it possible to Insert data in a database without using any of the DLL's
