Missing dll's upon opening Outlook

When I open Outlook I get a message that add-in ____________dll could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair
on the help menu. It didn't work.

Remove the offending add-in. Method depends on your version which you
neglected to post.
