I have Microsoft Works Suite 2002. I am trying to install
Picture It! Photo 2002. I keep getting an error message
that PI8pb.sbs is missing. I looked on the CD and for
sure the file is missing. Can anybody tell me where I can
get this file? I tried Microsoft without any luck. They
don't seem to offer file downloads any more. If your
missing a file or drive, where do you go to get this
resolved?

Neither Works nor PictureIt are part of Office. They have their own
newsgroups.

Try posting in a Works news group. Probably microsoft.public.windows.works
is a good place to start.
