I have been using Outlook 2003 for the past three years with great
productivity.
I organize my inbound emails by sorting them into one of a number of
different folders.
At the top of the window while I am reading mail is a toolbar that contains,
among other icons, an icon for “Move to folderâ€
Normally, what would happen when I clicked on the “move to folder icon was
that I would get a drop down list of the most recently accessed folders, that
is, the folders into which I had most recently moved emails. I was working
with creating a custom button on my toolbar and when I was done, I found that
I had somehow messed up the settings in the toolbar for open mail. The icon
for “move to folder†sill exists, but now, when I click on it, I no longer
get the drop down list of recently accessed files. This slows down my
processing time, and requires me to type at least the first few letters of
every mail folder to which I want to move an email, It slows me down to an
almost unbearable point.
What can I do to restore the drop down option of recently accessed mail
folders in my Outlook toolbar?
Thanks,
