Missing Dutch language proofing tool for Word 2003

I have installed Office Pro 2003 English and need the Dutch Proofing tool ..
how do I download it (URL)?

Het Engels versie van Office kont mee met proofing tools in het Engels,
Frans en Spans. Dus moet je Nederlandse proofing apart kopen. Zie
