I just imported my contacts from my old laptop (Windows XP and Office 2007)
to my new laptop (Windows Vista and Outlook 2007). The first time I exported
them as a .pst but when importing, I got a message that said I did not have
permission. So, I exported again using the Excel file option using Windows
comma separated values and it imported right away.
The problem is that everything in each of the contact's fields came through
except for their e-mail addresses. I opened the Excel file and it is there,
but for some reason it isn't showing up on the contact card or when I try to
enter it by selecting their name in the TO: field of the new e-mail.
Any ideas on how to get the e-mail address to show or import?
Thanks,
Scott
