Missing ecf file

I put this in once but can't find it so I',m doing it again. I upgrade
from MSOffice Professional 97 to MSoffice Professional 2003. When
tried to open outlook I got these error messages MSFSMENU.ECF an
MSFSPROP.ECF does not exist

You know what Millie, I've tried to ask a question twice. I eve
explained to you that I didn't know what I was doing because I'm new.
This is the worst thread site I've ever encountered. I'd rather dea
with a cobra that to ask for help with your snooty off the wal
