Missing .ecf files

I purchased MSO professional everything went great until I tried to ope
Outlook. That's when I got the error messages (missing msfsmenu.ecf an
msfsprop.ecf) does that mean something is wrong with the CD? Should
return it

Those are extensions for add-ins you may have installed. Close Outlook,
rename extend.dat to .old (hidden file if you need to search for it).

Otherwise, try a new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles.
