Missing Email addresses in To field

C

Chris Discianno

Just so we are all on the same page, my issue involves the email addresses
that appear as soon as you start typing in the To field of a new message.
Normally when you start typing, previous email addresses or names appear
according to what you type. I have had a few users complain that all of a
sudden, these email addresses do not appear. Does anyone know why this would
happen? Is there any way to restore the email addresses that have
disappeared? Is there any way to keep from this happening? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

The user's .nk2 file could be corrupted, in which case, deleting it will provide Outlook with the opportunity to build a new one from scratch. Exactly why that might occur, we don't know.
