I've seen a few messages like this, but none seem quite the same. So here goes...
I was waiting for a large message (a video file attachment) to show up in Entourage, and it never arrived. Thought it was just our slow network, but then realized the message is visible in my inbox in Outlook and in webmail. In fact, there is another message from several days ago also there, but Entourage is not showing it.
My Entourage 2008 is 12.2.0 with "latest installed update 12.2.1". I'm connecting to an Exchange 2003 server.
The headers of one of the missing message is below in case it sheds any light on the problem:
