Help!!

I have a comcast email account. I receive mail from this account on my mac laptop as well as my PC desktop. THis has worked fine for several months. Two days ago, only a portion of my emails come to the mac. All of the emails show up on my desktop.

I am using other email accounts into Entourage and receive all of these emails.

I contacted comcast--they assured me that this is not their issue but an Entourage issue.

I don't even know where to begin.

POP accounts are set by default to download to your computer and then
delete from the server.

Go to Tools --> Accounts... and double-click your POP account. Under the
Options tab, select "Leave a copy of each message on the server" and
then set a number of days to leave them on the server before deleting.

Hope this helps!

Bill,

Thank you so much. I was able to talk my wife through this process since I was out of town. Today, it's WORKING.

I'm thinking I need to spend more time on this forum.
