Missing emails

Hello

Can anyone help

I am running OUtlook2003 on my Win XP box on my network, I changed my login ID and since then I have not been able retrieve any of my old email messages to my inbox. I am able to send and receive new email messages

How can I retrieve my old emails

Are these messages stored on the Exchange server or in a pst-file?

Roady, There are stored on the Server

If "having a new ID" means that you have gotten a new username your
administrator will have to map that username with your old mailbox if he/she
hasn't deleted it with the old username.
