Missing Encoding option from Format menu

Howdo I get it to appear. I want to view an email in Greek encoding. Thanks.

It's in the Actions menu when you open the message.

The Actions menu only has options on how to forward, reply etc. The text in
Greek appears in the main message window with funny characters because the
encoding is not right. Normally, I would go to the Format menu and under the
Encoding submenu I would select Greek to view the text in the right format.
But under the Format menu the Encoding option is missing.

It's in the Actions menu when you open the message.

Instructions depend on your version of Outlook which you did not post. For
Outlook 2007 Encoding settings are under the Actions menu.

Thank you. Do you have any idea how to do it in Outlook 2003?

Instructions depend on your version of Outlook which you did not post. For
Outlook 2007 Encoding settings are under the Actions menu.
