Missing Event Handlers - Help required

Hi All,

For some reason today I've lost the ability to create Event Handlers within
Infopath.

I'm using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and created a few event handlers last
week, but today the option for Event Handlers on any of the dialog boxes are
greyed out. I've tried with a new form, a previous copy of the same form and
I'm completely unable to create event handlers. I've done a 'Detect and
Repair' on my InfoPath installation and still nothing.

Please help, otherwise I'm pooched and I'll have to reinstall everything.
