Missing Features in Excel

I miss my old Office version. Can anyone tell me where the confirm check mark went or how I can add it to the formula entry bar? Also, it doesn't attach to the file anymore, just floats, anyone else know how to do that, dragging it doesn't seem to work. Lastly, no matter how I format my numbers, if I don't add a decimal point at the end of a number, it automatically assumed 2 decimals and reduces the number. How do I get rid of this?

Please advise Thanks

The check mark is at the extreme right. The formula bar NEVER attached to
the workbook window, it attaches to the Excel window. That is still the
same. The problem (which hopefully will be fixed inthe March 11 update) is
that it does not retain its size when properly docked. Look in Preferences
and deselect the fixed decimal options.
