Missing fields in visual reports

We are using Project 2007 and Project Server 2007. We have created a data
analysis report using fiscal periods accessible in PWA. This report is
limited as it does not show local resources. We can create the report in
Project but it can't be exported to Excel. When we try to create the report
using visual reports we find that the Fiscal Time field is not in the list of
available fields.

Questions:
1. Is there a way to export a standard test report to Excel
2. How can we add the Fiscal Time field to the list of available fields
in visual reports.
