Missing File Button in Word

Hi I am writing because my bosses laptop Microsoft Word
toolbar doesn't have a File button. We have tried reseting
options to no avail. I have no idea what has happened , do
you have anyidea how to fix it?? She is not able to save
files to other locations because of this, so it is making
it really hard. Should we just reinstall?

Does it come back if you rename the file "normal.dot" to "normal.old"
and restart Word?
