Missing File "DVZAddin.dll" during opening of Word 2003

I am seeking for advise to eliminate an error message appears every time when
I open and close MS Word 2003. The message reads "Microsoft Visual Basic -
File Not FoundVZAddin.dll". I will appreciate it if anyone can tell me the
purpose of this Add-in, and how to disable this macro? Thanks.

Open Tools | Templates and Add-ins and look for an add-in that contains DVZ
in the name. Note its location. After quitting Word, navigate to that
location and remove the add-in (which is placed by DataViz and is calling a
library that has evidently been moved or deleted). When you restart Word,
you should not get an error message.
