missing file installing Japanese office 2007 into vista english

I have Vista home edition (English). I would like to use Japanese over this
computer with office. I tried to install Office 2007 (Japanese version) with
upgrade, which I had office xp standard in previous computer. I got intall
error "Cannot locate standardr.www\starww.cab" . Please some one who knows
,,, please let me know how to locate this cab file.

The file you are describing doesn't sound like an Office installation file.
Where did you obtain the Japanese version of Office/
