missing file ZF561407.CAB

I am trying to run the repair and detect because my hyperlinks have quit
working in Word 2003. My cd is an oem version of 2003 standard, but after the
repair and detect performs the scan it tells me that it cannot find the
following file: ZF561407.CAB.

What do I need to do?

Do the hyperlinks work if you Ctrl+click on them? Ctrl+click is
the default Word 2003 command to follow a hyperlink, unless you
change it in Tools | Options | Edit.
