I have recently installed an XP evaluation version of
windows. During this process file OM19.DLL went missing.
this means I can no longer use OUTLOOK. Despite my using
their evaluation product the automated help system will
not repair the fault for free becauze I am using a
shareware version of Office. Both the office premium SR1
and the XP evaluation version of XP have been updated with
all the downloads available from Microsoft. IT asks me to
re-install outlook. I have tried re-installing office and
this makes no difference.
Would someone take pity on me and dive into my mysterious
box of tricks and repair or re-install outlook for me
remotely.
Outlook is my prefered e-mail vehicle so I am hoping for
help., please!
