Missing file

Each time I open Outlook, Word, etc., I get
an "Installation Error: File Not Found" "A required
installation file SKU1CA.CAB could not be found." I've
searched the CDs, Microsoft support and Google but
haven't found the file or any resolution. Any
suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Had exactly the same problem. Here's what solved MY issue:

The computer in question was at one time running Office 2000. Offic
had been upgraded to Small Business Edition 2003 using Upgrade disk
(not new install). The sku1ca.cab is located on the office SBE 200
upgrade CD-ROM. NB that cd set is: X09-50024 and products wa
purchased in Canada - may be different for other countries.
