missing file

hi

i'm trying to install office xp pro/front page. About 1
minute into the installation a message appears saying the
computer can't find the file MSACNV30.DLL and to check my
connection to my network or CD drive. My connections are
fine and after retrying 3 times still no luck.

any suggestions
