Missing Files, Access 2000

Am trying to download .csv files from I'net. The link is
Access, but it opens in Excel. I get a message "Missing
files - C:\common\css\gn\en-us\standard\default.css;
....\searchui.css;
....\webparts.css;
....\kbarticlev2.css.
I have tried using the repair function in office 2000 but
no change. What am I doing wrong? Where are these
files, etc?
Thanks for any help.

Typically, the extension css represents HTML Style Sheet files. That implies
that your files actually contain HTML that references those specific files.

Certainly they have nothing to do with Access.
