missing files or CD

I had an upgrade done on this computer by the guy that
I originally bought it from.I had installed the xp home
version a couple of months before I had the upgrade done.I
have the CDfor the home version, but he told me,when I
asked him about a CDthat he had a corporate agreement with
microsoft. He said that under this agreement,that he could
load XP Professional onto 10,000 computers.He said I
