missing folders after upgrade

upgraded to ie 7 and microsoft office 2003 outlook, now am missing ctritical
personal folders. how can i get them back or how can i revert back to my old
outlook'?

How did you do this "upgrade?" Why don't you just open your previous data
file or its backup in your current Outlook profile?
