Missing folders and Outlook rules are empty

E

Hello,
I have a power user that has missing folders and empty rules today?
Attached URL shows the problem.

I have looked through all my exchange logs and I'm not seeing anything
server side.
Any help greatly appreciated
Best regards,

Cool post with the clear screencast! :) Sadly, it's still hard to say what
happened or what is going on. If you turn off Cached Exchange Mode or look
at those folders via OWA, does the content show then? I think the ost-file
somehow got corrupted and is causing these quirks.

I have encountered the similar problem some days before. I found a
good tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. You can download a free demo
version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe . I think it is a
useful repair tool for you. It is easy to recover your PST file by
using its wizard. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders
and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST
files.

Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at
