Missing folders from email account

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

After connecting to my email account (Internode -POP) to Entourage I didn't get all my folders downloaded. It worked via Mail but not via Entourage.

You can try to import from Apple Mail to get the special folders; in
Entourage go to File - Import and choose from other Program, Choose Apple
Mail and only select Messages and then it should came over to a special
folder in your folder list under folders on my computer in Entourage.

Thanks for the response.

I tried the import but this just created an empty folder called 'mail import'.

Other ideas?

POP accounts don't have folders. I bet your Mail account was set up as IMAP.

I reset the account as IMAP and it worked.
