Missing Folders in Outlook 2007

I've missing folders in my Outlook 2007. Today I can't find several folders
in my Outlook 2007 (Inside Inbox) using a PST file. The file is 2.5 GB. large
and I have all the Service Packs installed.
Working with Windows XP Professional. (all in english)
Las monday I copied this PST file from my notebook to my work. It could be
this ?
(I'm only using this PST file)

Hard to say without any details on how you moved the pst-file.
Could you have deleted the folders or moved them by mistake?
Checked the Deleted Items folder for sub folders already?
Otherwise; restore from backup.
