Winword.exe is the file that is executed to run Word.
I don't really understand where you are looking, but if Word is installed on
your system, you would start it by clicking on Start, then All Programs then
Microsoft Office and then Microsoft Word.
If it is not installed, you will have to install it from the original
program CD
There is no where from which you can legally down load it.
