Hi Grahammer,
The two fonts you mentioned are screen fonts. The
fonts shown in the Font dialog are print fonts.
You may be able to use the workaround described in this article
to force them in a Word document.

You may, as an alternative, be able to locate and download
a Terminal like Truetype font through an internet search
