Missing fonts in Word 2003

I have a user who has reported missing several fonts in Word. She is running
office 2003 on Windows XP SP2.

The specific fontsshe needs are the Albertus fonts. I checked on my PC and I
have them, but I cannot find the ttf file associated with them.

I have tried repairing Office but that did not help. I started copying over
all my ttf files to her PC but the copy process kept getting hung up saying a
file was in use and I just ran out of time last night.

How can I get the Albertus fonts back? Does anyone know which specific ttf
they are a part of?

Any help would be appreciated.

IIRC, Albertus came with an HP LaserJet printer rather than with Microsoft
Office. If it is a standard TT font, it should be called Albertus.ttf and to
move it, you need to use the Control Panel, Fonts to both copy it out and to
Install New Font - otherwise it won't be correctly recognized in Windows.

It turned out the problem was related to the default printer.

I discovered that the default printer has been changed recently so I changed
it back and the fonts are now available again.
