Missing Form Page Wizard in Frontpage 2003

Hello,

According to my book, I should see Form Page Wizard, Guest Book etc..
templates. All that's listed: Normal, Bibliography and Frequently Asked
Questions template when I go to File/New/More Templates. I did a full install
of the Frontpage 2003 (Academic Version)

I couldn't fnd the Form Page Wizard here either C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Templates\1033 and would really like to use this feature.

I appreciate your help

Requires Tools Page Options Authoring be set to use the FP SE
- they all require FP SE on your hosted server for the run time bots
