missing format in report

In the report design view, the format option on a textbox
does not have any options. I wanted to know if anyone
knows whats wrong b/c this only occurs on one of my
reports and not any of the others. In other words for
whatever reason, this option does not exist specifically
in one report. Any insight is appreciated.

Only certain fields will have selections available within the 'Format'
section such as, Numbers, Date/Time and may a couple others. Text Textboxes
will not as you can add specific formatting such as > to enforce all
uppercase or < to enforce all lowercase values.
