Missing Forms

HI all,

Opened BCM and I can see all my contacts in Accounts and Contacts but when I
try to open one all the data is absent and the screen says, "Business
Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form."

I think this is an easy one to fix but I will await some wisdom from anyone.

Can you please try and rename frmcache.dat and check if that works?

Else, you can go ahead and clear the cache using Tools --> Options -->
Other --> Custom forms --> Manage Forms --> Clear the Cache for the BCM
related forms.
