missing forms

It seems for some reason when my users go to choose a form they get
the error message, "The form you selected cannot be displayed. The
form required to view this message cannot be dispalyed." What
happened? I know this sound skind of vague but no one can access a
form we designed to open for a reply to a paticualr email. Thanks for
your help.

Have you tried clearing the forms cache? Where is this reply form published?
