I have several small files that I was trying to combine into one document
using the Master Document feature. After reading several horror stories
about this, I decided that I would simply combine all of the documents
together into one single file and then delete the smaller individual files.
Using the Insert>File command, I was able to successfully do this except...
Almost all of the small individual files have graphics linked to them. For
some reason or other, my graphic files are now just large empty boxes with a
red X in the upper left corner. If I go back to my original document, the
graphic is still there. The graphic files, small individual files, and the
one large file are all in the same folder.
Anyone have any suggestions? I suppose that I could just delete and
reinsert the graphics, but there are alot of them and I don't want to waste
the time if someone has an idea as to what went wrong.
Thanks!
