I have an employee whose outlook when she prints emails, will sometimes
leave the main header off the page (who printed the email, from who,
sent to, date, subject) completly. It does this when she has sent out
emails, and when he has recieved them, when she just prints out an
email she was copied on. but it does not always do it, it does it
sporatically and i cannot figure out the cause. any ideas?
